摘要
目的:探讨洛铂、顺铂联合吉西他滨治疗晚期肺癌的临床效果。方法:2015年4月-2019年3月收治晚期肺癌患者37例,随机分为两组。对照组采用顺铂联合吉西他滨治疗;观察组采用洛铂联合吉西他滨治疗。对比两组患者生存质量以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组生存质量以及不良反应发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:洛铂联合吉西他滨治疗晚期肺癌的临床效果相对于顺铂联合吉西他滨更显著,且不良反应发生率相对较低,用药安全性高。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of lobaplatin,cisplatin and gemcitabine in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods:37 patients with advanced lung cancer were selected from April 2015 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with cisplatin and gemcitabine,and the observation group was treated with lobaplatin and gemcitabine.The quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results:The quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of lobaplatin combined with gemcitabine in the treatment of advanced lung cancer is more significant than that of cisplatin combined with gemcitabine,and the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low,and the safety of medication is high.
