摘要
近年来不同类型的纳米粒紫杉醇制剂及其机制研究引起广泛关注,研究主要集中于制剂工艺、新材料应用、靶向机制和临床应用等方面。本文综述紫杉醇纳米制剂的靶向机制和临床评价,重点介绍以白蛋白为载体的纳米粒制剂的形成机制和靶向机制,为选择新型纳米载体材料提供思路。
Recently the studies on different types of paclitaxel nanoparticles and its mechanism have attracted wide attention, which are mainly focused on preparation process, application of new materials, targeting mechanism and clinical application. This review briefly introduces the mechanism and clinical evaluation of paelitaxel nanoparticles, and interprets in details on forming mechanism and targeting mechanism of albumin-bound paclitaxel nanparticles to provide new ideas for the selection of novel nanparticle carrier materials.
