摘要
大数据的发展为博物馆的信息化和智慧化提供了技术支撑,也为博物馆的创新与发展带来启示。“大数据”大量、高速、多样、低价值密度、真实的特征,使博物馆“智慧化”的转变成为趋势,同时也面临着一些问题:数字化建设程度不高、对新技术的关注度与利用率低、技术与软件间存在的衔接困难、管理松散。基于智慧博物馆发展过程中存在的问题,本文对智慧博物馆未来发展提出了改进建议:一是设计智能化管理架构,加强博物馆管理;二是充分利用新技术,打造智慧博物馆;三是深挖场馆内涵,建立以观众为核心的智慧服务系统;四是加强LAM三馆的融合。
The development of big data provides strong support for the informatization and intelligence of museum,It also brings enlightenment to the innovation and development of the museum.“big data”with the features of volume,velocity,variety,value and veracity,which makes the“intelligence”of museums become a trend,but also faces some problems:The degree of digital construction is not high,the attention and utilization of new technologies are in low degree,the connection between technology and software face difficulties,the management is loose.Based on the problems existing in the development of intelligence museums,this paper puts forward some Suggestions:First,design intelligent management structure,strengthen the management of the museum;Second,make full use of new technology to build a intelligence museum;Third,we should dig deeper into the connotation of venues and establish a intelligence service system focus on the audience;Fourth,to strengthen the integration of the LAM.
