知识型员工敬业度影响因素及提升对策研究

摘要 员工是企业重要组成元素,员工的敬业度决定了企业的发展和创造价值的能力,文章通过实践管理中员工敬业度的特点得出员工敬业度的影响因素,最后根据员工敬业度的影响内容和知识型员工的需求内容,提出员工敬业度提升对策。
