摘要
随着纳米技术的发展,碳量子点凭着低毒性、原料来源广、光学性质良好等优势,在诸多领域具有良好的应用前景。本文采用水热合成法合成了碳量子点,利用JEM-2100 PLUS透射电子显微镜(TEM)进行表征,并探究了能得到清晰、分布均匀的颗粒TEM像的浓度范围和制样方式,为量子点的透射电镜表征积累经验。
With the development of nanotechnology,quantum dots have been widely used as active units in fluorescence detection.Carbon quantum dots have good application prospects in many field s due to their low toxicity,wide source of raw materials and good optical properties.In this paper,carbon quantum dots were synthe sized by hydrothermal synthesis method and characterized by JEM-2100 PLUS transmission electron microscope(TEM).It explored the concentration range and sample preparation method of clear TEM images with even distribution of particles,so as to accumulate experience for the characterization of quantum dots by TEM.
