摘要
为了获得最佳的天然气开采效果,针对天然气脱水塔设计展开分析。介绍脱水塔设计条件,从确定干燥塔数量、再生气方案设计、分子筛脱水塔设计、干燥塔时间分配方案四个方面阐述脱水塔设计方案,最后从运用变气量再生技术、改变操作时间、变气量解吸处理、调整再生气量四个方面提出设计优化建议,总结科学的脱水塔设计方案,提高天然气脱水质量,为油藏开采工作提供先进的设备支持。
In order to obtain the best effect of natural gas exploitation,the design of natural gas dehydration tower is analyzed.This paper introduces the design conditions of dehydration tower,and expounds the design scheme of dehydration tower from four as-pects:determining the number of drying tower,the design of regeneration scheme,the design of molecular sieve dehydration tower,and the time distribution scheme of drying tower.Finally,the design optimization suggestions are put forward from the following four aspects:the application of variable gas regeneration technology,changing operation time,variable gas desorption treatment and adjust-ing the amount of regenerated gas,and then summarizes the scientific design scheme of dewatering tower to improve the dehydration quality of natural gas,so as to provide advanced equipment support for reservoir production.
