摘要
随着造纸业的飞速发展,在造纸业产能不断扩大的同时,也对环境保护造成较大压力,造纸业发展过程中环境问题已经引起社会的广泛关注,根据《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》要求,造纸行业积极配合完成我国"十三五"期间全社会万元GDP用水量下降23%,单位GDP能源消耗降低15%,主要污染物COD、氨氮排放总量减少10%,二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放总量减少15%的社会发展目标,本文针对现行造纸发展及环境面临的状况入手,阐述了企业需要采取的应对措施。
With the rapid development of the paper industry, while the production capacity of the paper industry is expanding, it also exerts great pressure on the environment. The environmental problems in the development of the paper industry have aroused widespread concern in the society. According to the National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China, The Thirteenth Five-Year Plan Outline requires that the paper industry actively cooperate with the completion of China’s "13 th Five-Year Plan"period.The total water consumption per 10,000 yuan of GDP will fall by 23%, the energy consumption per unit of GDP will be reduced by 15%,the main pollutants COD, ammonia nitrogen emissions total reduction of 10%, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides emissions total reduction of15% of social development goals. This paper starts with the current situation of paper development and the environment, and explains the countermeasures that enterprises need to take.
