国槐发芽与顶端优势观察——兼谈观察式研究经验 被引量:3

摘要 许多基层科技人员为撰写论文而苦恼,其实观察式研究可以积累数据撰写论文。以国槐发芽现象观察为例,论述了观察式研究过程,从思考、观察、解释、预测、检验、自我否定,再思考、观察……到提出最终假说解释所观察到的全部有关国槐发芽的现象,共计8个逐步深入的观察阶段。细胞分裂素-独脚内金-生长素调控枝条发芽建立顶端优势的新假说:根系合成独脚金内酯抑制叶芽萌动并被降解失效,细胞分裂素消除独脚金内酯作用促进发芽;发芽嫩梢合成生长素,调低根系细胞分裂素合成水平,向下运输沿途阻滞细胞分裂素进入侧芽,维持后者休眠状态。观察成果可以撰写为论文,关键是勤思考、多观察、随时随地记录,以免写作时思路短促狭窄。 Many grassroots scientists struggle to write papers,in fact,observational research can accumulate data and write papers.Take the observation of the germination of Sophora japonica as an example,this paper discusses the process of observational research,from thinking,observation,explanation,prediction,test,self-denial,and then thinking and observation....To put forward the final hypothesis to explain all the observed phenomena of locust germination,there are 8 stages of gradual and in-depth observation.A new hypothesis of the regulation of shoot germination by cytokinin-unicorn-auxin was proposed;The root synthesis of strigolactone inhibited leaf bud germination and was degraded,auxin was synthesized from germinated shoots and the level of cytokinin synthesis was lowered,the downstream transport blocked the entry of cytokinin into the lateral bud and maintained the dormancy of the latter.Observation results can be written as a paper,the key is to think frequently,observe more,record whenever and wherever possible,so as to avoid writing thinking short narrow.
