摘要
采用回流的方法从林下仿生及温室栽培灵芝中提取总黄酮,用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。测得林下仿生及温室栽培灵芝中总黄酮含量分别为0.544±0.007%和0.385±0.003%,前者显著高于后者(P<0.01)。本方法平均回收率为98.47%,效果满意,方法简便可靠。这些结论为进一步开发灵芝子实体的加工产品提供技术支持。
Total flavonoids in the imitation wild forest cultivated and greenhouse cultivated glossy ganoderma were extracted by reflux method and determined by ultraviolet spectroscopy.Total flavonoids in the imitation wild forest cultivated and greenhouse cultivated glossy ganoderma is 0.544±0.007%and 0.385±0.003%,the former is significantly higher than the latter.The average recovery of the method is 98.47%,which is easy to handle and reliable with satisfactory result.These conclusions provide technical support for further processed products of glossy ganoderma fruiting bodies.
