摘要
目的:回顾性分析经皮穿刺低温等离子周围神经调理术治疗带状疱疹性神经痛的临床效果。方法:对30例带状疱疹性神经痛患者使用经皮穿刺低温等离子周围神经调理进行治疗,采用优(疼痛完全消失)、良(疼痛缓解大部分)、可(疼痛有所缓解)、差(疼痛基本未缓解)评价临床疗效,其中优、良、可均记为有效。结果:随访1~12个月,30例患者中优8例(26.67%),良15例(50.00%),可3例(10.00%),优良率为76.67%(23/30),有效率为86.67%(26/30)。有效者原疼痛部位无明显感觉减退,亦无其他并发症。结论:经皮穿刺低温等离子周围神经调理术对带状疱疹性神经痛疗效可靠,操作简单安全,是一种新型的微创治疗方法,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To retrospective analysis the clinical effect of percutaneous low temperature plasma peripheral nerve conditioning in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods:Thirty patients with herpes zoster neuralgia were treated with percutaneous puncture hypothermia plasma peripheral nerve conditioning surgery.The clinical efficacy were evaluated by excellent(pain completely disappeared),good(pain relief for most),medium(pain relief)and poor(pain was largely not alleviated),in which excellent,good and medium were recorded as valid.Results:During 1-12 months follow-up,8 cases(26.67%)were excellent,15 cases(50.00%)were good,3 cases(10.00%)was medium,the excellent rate was 76.67%(23/30),and the effective rate was 86.67%(26/30).There was no significant loss of sensation in the original pain site,and there were no other complications also.Conclusion:Percutaneous puncture low temperature plasma peripheral nerve conditioning surgery in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia is effective,simple and safe operation.It is a new minimally invasive treatment,and has the high clinical practical value.
