摘要
以“互联网+BIM技术”为基础,分析了工程造价专业中引入BIM技术的必要性,表现在BIM技术通过建立先进的建筑结构模型实现了对建筑物格局的直观表现,与传统CAD图纸中的二维模型相比,具有较强的可视性特点,为建筑企业在建筑方案设计及后续施工环节提供了良好的模型基础,是各建筑企业应用的必然需求,能够为建筑企业培养BIM技能型人才,对建筑工程领域的发展具有巨大的促进作用。引入BIM技术已成为高校教育改革的必然趋势,开设这门课程能够让建筑工程专业学生对BIM技术有一个初步了解,随着课程的不断深入,培养出大批技能型人才,为建筑行业的发展注入新鲜血液。阐述了工程造价专业人才的培养策略,如企业专家及教师做好带头工作,在课程体系中引入BIM技术知识,注重对职业道德及素养的考核等,进而不断提升工程造价专业学生的专业理论知识和实践技能,提高学生对于BIM技术及互联网技术学习的积极性,为学生提供良好的实训环境,培养学生的动手操作能力,帮助学生不断积累实践经验,为其未来走上工作岗位奠定基础,为建筑行业培养更多优秀的技能型人才。
Based on the“Internet+BIM technology”,the necessity of introducing BIM technology into the engineering cost specialty is analyzed.BIM technology realizes the intuitionistic expression of building pattern by establishing advanced building structure model.Compared with the two-dimensional model in the traditional CAD drawing,BIM technology has strong visibility characteristics,which provides a good model foundation for the construction enterprise in architectural scheme design and subsequent construction links,and is the inevitable demand of the application of each construction enterprise.BIM technology related courses in colleges and universities can cultivate BIM skilled talents for construction enterprises,which have a huge role in promoting the development of the field of construction engineering.The introduction of BIM technology has become an inevitable trend of education reform in colleges and universities.This course can help students majoring in construction engineering to have a preliminary understanding of BIM technology.With the deepening of the course,a large number of BIM skilled talents are cultivated skilled talents inject fresh blood into the development of construction industry.It expounds the training strategies of engineering cost professionals,such as enterprise experts and teachers taking the lead,introducing BIM technical knowledge into the curriculum system,paying attention to the assessment of professional ethics and quality,etc.,so as to continuously improve the professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills of engineering cost students,improve the enthusiasm of students for BIM technology and Internet technology learning,and provide good services for students good training environment,training students’hands-on operation ability,help students to accumulate practical experience,lay the foundation for their future work,and cultivate more excellent skilled talents for the construction industry.
