摘要 旨在研究超声波提取沙棘叶黄酮的不同影响因子进行比较,来考察超声波法对沙棘黄酮提取率的影响。采用单因素和L43正交试验设计法,研究乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声时间、超声功率等指标对沙棘叶中黄酮提取率的影响。沙棘叶黄酮最佳提取工艺为提取时间48 min,95%超声功率,75%乙醇体积分数和1:35料液比。 The experiment was conducted to compare the different factors affecting the extraction of flavonoids from seabuckthorn leaves by ultrasonic method,and to investigate the influence of ultrasound on the extraction rate.The influences of ethanol volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power on the extraction rate were studied by single factor analysis and L43 orthogonal design.According to the experimental results,the optimum extraction process of flavonoids was 48 minutes(extraction time),95%ultrasound power,ethanol volume fraction of 75%and solid-liquid ratio of 1:35.
