响应面法优化超声波提取沙棘叶水溶性多糖工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 利用响应面分析法对超声波提取沙棘叶水溶性多糖的工艺进行优化。在单因素试验基础上,选择超声温度、液料比、超声功率和超声时间为自变量,以多糖提取率为响应值,采用中心组合设计的方法,研究各自变量及其交互作用对多糖提取率的影响。利用Design Exepert 8.0.32分析确定最佳提取工艺,得出超声波提取沙棘叶水溶性多糖工艺的最佳条件为超声水浴温度80℃、液料比34∶1、超声功率300 W、超声时间32 min。在此条件下,多糖提取率为9.94%,验证试验值为9.91%。 To optimize ultrasonic wave extraction of water soluble polysaccharides from foliage in Hippophae Rhamnoides L.(WPFH),single factor experiments involving ultrasonic temperature,water-feed ratio,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time were studied for following investigation on the interactive effects of the parameters on WPFH yield using Box-Benhnken central composite design(BBD) combined with response surface methodology(RSM).Design Expert 8.0.3.2 software was used to fit BBD experimental data and a quadratic polynomial regression model was developed for WPFH yield as a response to the above parameters.The results showed that the optimum conditions for WPFH extraction were as follows: ultrasonic temperature 80℃,water-feed ratio 34∶1,ultrasonic power 300 W and ultrasonic time 32 minutes.And the extraction yield of WPFH was 9.94% under this condition.The actual value was 9.91%.
