摘要
本文采用田间小区试验,研究不同生育期施用微生物菌剂对设施茄子产量和土壤养分及酶活性的影响,为优选微生物菌剂施用时期提供科学理论依据。结果表明:对茄期和全生育期施用微生物菌剂的茄子产量最高,比对照显著提高29.36%和29.51%。在设施茄子定植期、门茄期和对茄期3个时期施用微生物菌剂使土壤氮磷钾表现出了明显差异性,其中,设施茄子在对茄期施用微生物菌剂后使土壤固定态磷钾养分的释放效果远高于其他生育期,使土壤有效态磷钾含量比不施用菌剂对照分别提高了18.51%和46.13%;土壤全氮含量在门茄期表现最佳,比对照提升了25.79%。同时,在所有生育期处理中,对茄期施用微生物菌剂显著提升了土壤碱性磷酸酶活性,比对照显著提高了40.76%。蔗糖酶活性在门茄、对茄期提升效果最佳,分别比对照提高了80.60%、61.52%。在对茄期接菌14d土壤碱性磷酸酶比接菌前显著提升了25.58%。综合来看,微生物菌剂在对茄期施用不仅提高了设施茄子生物产量,还活化了土壤磷钾且改善了土壤酶活性。因此,推荐对茄期为设施茄子施用菌剂的最适宜时期是可行的。
Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of microbial inoculum on biological yield,phosphorus,potassium and enzyme activities in facility eggplant soil in different periods,thus to determine the optimum application period of microbial inoculum.The results showed that:The highest biological yield was obtained by applying microbial inoculum on the third period and the whole growth period,which increased by 29.36%and 29.51%compared with the control.The application of microbial inoculum in three periods of facility eggplant growth showed significant differences in soil nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.Among them,the release effect of stationary potassium phosphate nutrients was much higher after applying microbial inoculum on the third period than other growth periods,which made available phosphorus and potassium much higher.The content increased by 18.51%and 46.13%respectively compared with that of control without microbial inoculum.The performance of soil total nitrogen content was the best in the second stage,which was 25.79%higher than that in the control.At the same time,the soil alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly increased by 40.76%compared with the control in all growth stages.Sucrase activity was the best in the second and third stage,which increased by 80.60%and 61.52%respectively.14 days after applying microbial agent in the second stage,alkaline phosphatase increased by 25.58%.In conclusion,the application of microbial inoculum in the third stage not only increased biological yield,but also activated soil phosphorus and potassium as well as soil enzyme activity.Therefore,it is feasible to recommend the best time for applying microbial to eggplant in the second period.
