摘要
儿童过敏性紫癜是儿科系统的一种常见病、多发病,近年来其发病情况呈显著上升趋势,严重影响患儿的生活质量,明确该病的发病机制和最新治疗进展对该病的疗效和预后至关重要。本文通过回顾性研究方法,系统整理总结了近5年来中医药治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的相关临床研究,主要从该病的病因病机、辨证论治、中医药治疗等方面展开论述,进一步梳理儿童过敏性紫癜的最新发病机制和诊治概况,为临床治疗该病提供思路和指导,以提高该病的临床治愈率、减少并发症的发生,改善患儿的生活质量。
Children with allergic purpura is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the pediatric system.In recent years,its incidence has shown a significant upward trend,seriously affecting the quality of life of children.It is clear that the pathogenesis of the disease and the latest treatment progress are critical to the efficacy and prognosis of the disease.In this paper,through retrospective research methods,the related clinical studies on the treatment of children with allergic purpura in the past five years have been systematically summarized.It is mainly discussed from the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Further review the latest pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment of children with allergic purpura,and provide ideas and guidance for clinical treatment of the disease,in order to improve the clinical cure rate of the disease,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of children.
