摘要
以北京新机场线北航站楼站轨顶风道为依托,研究新型的轨顶风道施工技术,以取代现有的后浇筑钢筋混凝土轨顶风道施工技术模式。结果表明,地铁车站轨顶风道采用钢结构预拼装安装工艺,易于保证轨顶风道施工质量,避免传统采用的先期模架浇筑钢筋混凝土结构的弊端,大幅缩短了主体结构的施工工期并保证了工程质量。
Based on the North Terminal Building Station rail head airduct project of Beijing new airport subway line,this paper studied the new rail head airduct construction technique to supersede existing post-casting reinforced concrete rail head airduct construction technique.It was found that steel structure pre-assembly technique for subway station rail head airduct could guarantee airduct construction quality,avoid the shortcoming of traditional in-advance die carrier reinforced concrete casting structure,effectively shorten the construction period of main structure and guarantee the construction quality.
