摘要
企业经营管理中人力资源薪酬管理占据非常重要的位置,与员工的切身利益息息相关,薪酬管理是企业提升组织凝聚力,提高企业文化水平的重要保障。论文重点从企业薪酬管理存在的问题出发,探讨完善薪酬激励机制的有效对策。
Human resources compensation management occupies a very important position in enterprise operation and management,which is closely related to the vital interests of employees.Compensation management is an important guarantee for enterprises to improve organizational cohesion and corporate culture.The paper focuses on the problems existing in the enterprise compensation management,and discusses the effective countermeasures to improve the compensation incentive mechanism.
