摘要
企业经营管理中人力资源薪酬管理占据非常重要的位置,与员工的切身利益息息相关,薪酬管理是企业提升组织凝聚力,提高企业文化水平的重要保障。论文重点从企业薪酬管理存在的问题出发,探讨完善薪酬激励机制的有效对策。
Human resources salary management occupies a very important position in enterprise management, which is closely related to the personal interests of employees, and it is the basic guarantee to improve the level of enterprise culture and organizational cohesion. Starting from the problems existing in the enterprise salary management, this paper explores the effective countermeasures to improve the salary incentive mechanism.
