摘要
乡村振兴战略大背景下,产业兴旺对于乡村的可持续发展具有重大意义。传统村落是一类特殊的村落,它的核心价值在于包括传统生产、生活方式在内的文化血脉,是中华文化的"基因库"。当前传统村落内生发展乏力,内外资源未能充分利用,导致人才的外流、资源的浪费、环境的恶化,保护压力较大。乡村的振兴离不开产业的支撑,而产业的可持续发展,"资源是基础,人才是根本,市场是方向"。本文从资源、市场、人才角度探讨乡村产业内生发展动力机制,结合传统村落保护和利用的要求,旨在通过激发村落内在发展活力带动乡村文化的保护。并以安徽省铜陵市龙潭肖村为例,探讨从三生空间资源的挖掘利用、传统村落功能形态的重塑、村落业态模式的时代指引、多元服务人才的共建共享四个方面提出的传统村落复兴路径。
Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, industrial prosperity is of great significance to the sustainable development of rural areas. Traditional villages are a special kind of village. Its core value lies in the cultural blood of traditional production and lifestyle, which is the "gene pool" of Chinese culture. At present, the endogenous development of traditional villages is weak, where the internal and external resources are not fully utilized, resulting in the outflow of talents, waste of resources, deterioration of the environment, and greater protection pressure. The revitalization in rural areas is inseparable from the support of the industry, and for the sustainable development of the industry, "resources are the foundation, talents are fundamental, and the market is the direction". This paper explores the dynamic mechanism of endogenous development of rural industry from the perspective of resources, market and talents. Combined with the requirements of traditional village protection and utilization, this paper aims to promote the protection of rural culture by stimulating the inner development vitality of the village. Taking LongtanXiao Village in Tongling City, Anhui Province as an example, this paper explores the traditional village revival path from the excavation and utilization of production-living-ecological spaces resources, the reshaping of traditional village functional forms, the era guidance of village business model, and the co-construction and sharing of multi-service talents.
