茶树根际细菌菌株对种子萌发及幼苗生长的促生效应及机制初探 被引量:8

摘要 对3株茶树根际细菌GD3、KKS-6-N1和P5进行辣椒和花生的浸种及花生的灌根试验,分析菌株对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响;测定P5菌株灌根后对花生幼苗营养指标、花生根际土壤微生物菌群及酶活的影响,评价P5菌株的促生效应及机制。结果表明,3株菌株均可显著提高辣椒和花生种子的发芽率,P5菌株的灌根处理还可显著提高花生幼苗的株高、鲜重、根重及叶绿素含量,植株的全氮含量明显提升;P5接种后的花生根际土壤细菌总数及真菌总数显著增多,细菌数/真菌数之比明显提高,氨化细菌、固氮菌及溶磷菌数显著高于对照,根际土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶及过氧化氢酶活显著提高,表明P5菌株可以通过活跃土壤微生物的功能、提高植株的营养而达到促生目的,经分子鉴定将P5菌株初步鉴定为克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella sp.)。研究筛选出了对种子萌发和幼苗生长均有明显促进作用的P5菌株,为下一步菌肥的研制提供了优良的菌种资源。 In this study, we analyzed the effects on seed germination and seedling growth with the three strains...tea rhizosphere by soaking of pepper and peanut seeds and root-irrigating of peanut seedlings. And the effects of P 5 strain on the nutritional indexes of peanut seedlings,soil microbial flora and enzyme activity were also be determined to evaluate the promoting effect and mechanism of this strain.The results showed that the germination rate of pepper and peanut seeds could be significantly increased by treatment with the three strains,and the indices including plant height,fresh weight,root weight and chlorophyll content of peanut seedlings could also be significantly increased by irrigating root with P5 strain.Meanwhile,the total nitrogen content in plants was also significantly increased.After P5 inoculation,the total number of soil bacteria and fungi of peanut plants rhizosphere increased significantly,the ratio of bacteria to fungi increased significantly,and the number of ammonifying bacteria,nitrogen-fixing bacteria and phosphate-soluble bacteria was significantly higher than that of the control group.Synchronously,the activity of sucrase,urease and catalase in rhizosphere soil was significantly increased,indicating that the P5 strain could promote the peanut by activating the function of soil microorganisms and improving the nutrition of plants.Further,the P5 strain was preliminarily identified as Klebsiella sp. In conclusion,we screened out P5 strain which had a significant promoting effect on seed germination and seedling growth,and provided excellent strain resources for the further development of bacterial fertilizer.
