摘要
目的分析C反应蛋白(CRP)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测在老年肺部感染中的应用价值。方法选取2017年9月至2019年5月在大庆油田让北医院检验科进行诊治的老年肺部感染患者150例作为观察组。并选取同期在本院进行体检的健康者150名作为对照组。检测两组CRP与hs-CRP水平;观察两组患者联合以及单独诊断的准确率。结果观察组的CRP与hs-CRP显著高于对照组(P<0.05);联合检测的诊断准确率高于单独检测。结论CRP与hs-CRP联合检测准确率高,诊断效果显著,为更好地诊断肺部感染还需要综合其他指标。
Objective To analyze the detection of C-reactive protein(CRP)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and its application value in elderly patients with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 150 elderly patients with pulmonary infection diagnosed and treated by the laboratory department of north hospital in daqing oilfield from September 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the observation group.Meanwhile,150 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.CRP and hs-crp levels in the two groups were detected.The accuracy of the combined and separate diagnosis was observed.Results The levels of CRP and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The accuracy of combined detection was higher than that of the single detection.Conclusion The combined detection of CRP and hs-CRP has a high diagnostic accuracy.It is necessary to synthesize other indicators for better diagnosis of pulmonary infection.
