摘要
洪堡的大学理念主要体现在由其1810年所主持创办的柏林大学的教学运行和管理过程中,该理念针对管理、教育者和学习者层面都具有丰富的终身教育思想元素和内涵。其对教育取向和课程师资要求以非功利化的普通教育取向培育终身教育旨趣,并从形式和师资方面保障纯粹科研活动的开展;强调教育者应当在教学过程中与学生形成协作共同体,通过协作化的教学及研究形式激发终身教育共同体元素,并且营造教学相长的教与学氛围助推终身学习动机;而针对学习者则提出要强化自我学习的主体意识和理性思考,以面向个体的自由化教育拓展终身教育多样性,以有形带动无形实现学习者终身自觉学习,同时也要重视个体通过自我领悟所能实现的全面理性思考。由此而形成的终身教育理论体系和愿景构建,对于我国当前终身教育框架结构的确立和发展具有一定的启示意义和借鉴价值。
Humboldt's university philosophy is mainly embodied in the operation and management process of the University of Berlin,which was founded in 1810.The philosophy has nich elements and cognitions of lifelong educational thought on management,educators and learners.It emphasizes the educational orientation a.nd teachers to cultivate the lifelong educational ideas based on gener-al education 0rientation with non-utilitarian.The development of pure scientific researching activities should be guaranteed.It stresses that educators should form a collaborative community with students in the teaching process.The elements of lifelong education commu-nity should be stimulated through cal la borative teaching and research foτms.A teaching and learning atmosphere should be created to.promote the motivation of lifelong learning For the learners,it is proposed to strengthen the subjective consciousness and rational thinking of self-leaning.The diversity of lifelong education should be expanded with liberal education towands individuals.The learners'lifelong conscious learning should be realized by tangible driving and intangible driving.At the same time,it is also necessary to pay attention to the comprehensive rational thinking that individuals can achieve through self-understanding.The theory system and vision construction of lifelong education have certain enlightenment and reference value for the establishment and development of the curent framework of lifelong education in China.
