摘要
利用锂钡掺杂氧化碳酸盐作为敏感电极材料,YSZ作为固体电解质,构建CO2电化学传感器,并借助于扫描电镜、XRD等方法,对该传感器的性能进行了研究。结果表明,基于锂钡掺杂氧化碳酸盐的YSZCO2传感器具有快速和准确的电动势响应,传感器电子转移数近似为2;经过多次CO2浓度往返突变后传感器电动势均能够恢复到基准状态,并具有较好的长时间稳定性,传感器对于CO2浓度的响应速率随温度的升高而加快。
The CO2 electrochemical sensor having Li and Ba oxycarbonateas as its sensitive electrode and YSZ as its electrolyte was constructed.The sensor performance was studied by the means of SEM and XRD.The results indicate that the potentiometric respond of YSZ CO2 sensor is correct and rapid based on Li and Ba oxycarbonate,and the electron transfer number of the sensor is approximately 2.The electromotive force of the sensor is able to return to the reference state after several round trips of CO2 concentration.The sensor’s response rate to CO2 concentration increases with temperature.
