摘要
20世纪90年代末,新能源的发展逐渐成熟,欧洲的许多国家都开始陆续研究海上风机,并在装机容量方面取得了前所未有的伟大成就。随着海上风机的不断发展,对其的相关研究也逐渐深入,许多国家还在探索时,欧洲国家便在该研究领域打下基础,对风机的研究拥有独特的技术成果。当前,我国海上风机仍处于探索阶段,该领域仍然有许多需要研究的内容。本文对海上风机结构设计的标准展开了深入研究,并参考现阶段的国际海上风场设计,探讨其设计是否符合我国的标准和规范。
At the end of 1990s, the development of new energy sources gradually matured. Many European countries began to carry out relevant research on offshore wind turbines and made great achievements in the fields of installed capacity and so on. With the continuous development of offshore wind turbines, the relevant research on them has gradually deepened. While many countries are still exploring, European countries have laid a foundation in this research field and have unique technical achievements in the research on wind turbines. Currently, China is still in the exploration stage and there are still many aspects to be studied in this field. This paper conducts in-depth research on the standards for offshore wind turbine structural design, and refers to the current international offshore wind park design to explore whether its design meets China’s standards and specifications.
