摘要
在当前全球海上风电发展如火如荼的背景下,我国海上风电产业由于市场需求、政策支持等因素发展迅猛,2018年新增装机量占全球新增装机总量的40%,达到1835 MW,位居世界第一。与此同时,发电成本高、技术风险大、市场竞争激烈等因素成为我国海上风电产业进一步发展所面临的主要挑战。随着海上风场向深远海的不断发展,桩基基础、电力基础设施等相关技术都在不断进步以适应新的市场需求,而国际标准化工作在促进新技术的发展过程中能够起到十分重要的作用。
In the context of global development of offshore wind power, China’s offshore wind industry has developed rapidly due to market demand, policy support and other factors. In 2018, the new installed capacity in China accounted for 40% of the total global new installed capacity, reaching 1 835 MW, ranking at the top of the world. At the same time, factors such as high power generation costs, high technical risks, and fierce market competition have become the main challenges facing the further development of China’s offshore wind industry. With the continuous development of offshore wind farms further into the deep ocean, relevant technologies such as pile foundations and power infrastructure are constantly progressing to meet new market demands, and international standardization can play a vital role in promoting the development of new technologies.
