摘要
近年,中海油渤海油田经常出现非法船舶靠近海上平台,甚至外来人员从带缆走廊登平台现象,给平台的生产、生活带来了极大的隐患。因此,根据海上生产平台实际情况和需要,结合雷达、AIS、CCTV、振动光缆报警、声音驱离系统、喷淋驱逐系统及传输网络等多种技术手段实现平台安全监控,组建海上生产平台防止非法船舶抵近入侵系统。通过对海上生产平台周边海域进行实时监控,发现非法入侵目标及时告警,并采取措施对非法抵近船舶进行警告、驱离,外来人员登临平台,进行有效驱离、取证,保证生产平台安全作业。
In recent years,illegal vessels often appear near offshore platforms in cnooc s bohai oil field,and even outsiders board the platform from the cable corridor,which brings great risks to the production and life of the platform.Therefore,according to the actual situation and needs of the offshore production platform,a variety of technical means such as radar,AIS,CCTV,vibration optical cable alarm,sound expel system,spray expel system and transmission network are combined to realize the safety monitoring of the platform,and the offshore production platform is set up the system of prevent close-in intrusion of illegal vessels.Through real-time monitoring of the surrounding waters of the offshore production platform,the target of illegal invasion shall be warned in time,and measures shall be taken to warn and drive away the illegal vessels approaching the platform,and outsiders shall board the platform to effectively drive away and obtain evidence,so as to ensure the safe operation of the production platform.
