摘要 为了保证船舶的安全营运,现代航海中的导航与避碰技术已得到了快速的发展与广泛的应用,如雷达、ARPA与AIS的综合运用等。通过介绍雷达/ARPA与AIS等技术在船舶导航与避碰中的重大作用,将船用避碰系统引入到海洋石油平台。结合雷达/ARPA与AIS技术的工作原理及其优缺点,并考虑垦利油田群的实际情况,确定了垦利3.2油田群的避碰方案,以保证垦利3-2油田群的各个平台、海管与周围航行船舶的安全。 In order to ensure safe operation of ships, various navigation and collision avoidance technologies, such as radar, ARPA and AIS, have got fast development and extensive application in the field of modern navigation. In this paper, important roles of radar/ARPA and AIS technology in ship navigation and collision avoidance are analyzed, and then the ship collision avoidance system is introduced into offshore oil platform. Considering working principles, advantages and disadvantages of radar/ARPA and AIS technologies as well as the actual situation of KL3-2 Oil Fields, it gives a collision avoidance scheme is given, which can ensure the safety of all platforms, submarine pipelines and sailing ship in KL3-2 Oil Fields and surrounding area.
