摘要
目的观察孕期综合保健模式对高龄产妇妊娠和分娩期并发症及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取我院2018年2月-2019年2月收治的120例高龄产妇,按照保健方法不同分为试验组(60例,应用孕期综合保健模式)和对照组(60例,应用常规保健模式)。对比2组高龄产妇的妊娠并发症情况(产后出血、妊娠高血压、胎膜早破以及围生期感染等)、妊娠结局(自然分娩率、难产率以及死胎率等)、新生儿并发症(低血糖、高胆红素血症以及新生儿窒息等)。结果试验组产后出血、妊娠高血压、胎膜早破以及围生期感染率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),难产率及死胎率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组新生儿并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕期综合保健模式能够显著改善高龄产妇妊娠和分娩期并发症及妊娠结局。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of comprehensive health care model during pregnancy on pregnancy and delivery complications and pregnancy outcome of elderly parturients.Methods 120 elderly parturients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were divided into experimental group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)according to different health care methods.The complications of pregnancy(postpartum hemorrhage,pregnancy hypertension,premature rupture of membranes and postpartum infection,etc.),pregnancy outcome(natural delivery rate,cesarean section rate,dystocia rate and stillbirth rate),pregnancy outcome(natural delivery rate,cesarean section rate,dystocia rate and stillbirth rate)were statistically analyzed.Neonatal complications(hypoglycemia,hyperglycemia,neonatal asphyxia,etc.).Results The postpartum hemorrhage,pregnancy hypertension,premature rupture of membranes and perioperative infection in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate,dystocia rate and stillbirth rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Hyperbilirubinemia and neonatal asphyxia were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy synthesis health care model can significantly improve the complications and outcome of pregnancy and delivery in elderly parturients.
