摘要
目的分析孕期营养干预对高龄二胎孕产妇妊娠结局及并发症的影响。方法 76例高龄二胎孕产妇,采取数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采取常规孕期护理,观察组给予孕期营养干预,比较两组妊娠结局及并发症。结果观察组孕产妇早产、巨大儿、新生儿窒率、低体重儿、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组宫内生长受限发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.347,P>0.05)。结论孕期营养干预可改善高龄二胎孕产妇的妊娠结局,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional intervention during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome and complications in secOnd-trimester pregnant women of advanced maternal age. Methods A total of 76 second-trimester pregnant women of advanced maternal age were divided by random number method into control group and observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing during pregnancy, and the observation group ,received nutritional intervention during pregnancy. Comparison were made on pregnancy outcome and complications. Results The observation group had lower incidence of preterm birth, giant children, neonatal morbidity, low birth weight, gestational diabetes mellitus, gestational hypertension than the control group （P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of intrauterine growth restriction （X 2=0.347, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Nutritional intervention during pregnancy can improve the pregnancy outcome and complications in second-trimester pregnant women of advanced maternal age, and reduce incidence of complications.
