摘要
作为节能环保战略性新兴产业的组成部分,资源循环利用产业在提高资源利用效率、促进废弃物减量、减少环境污染等方面具有重要意义。从国家战略性新兴产业视角出发,梳理了资源循环利用产业地位逐步上升的历程,提出了资源循环利用产业在满足生态需求、促进资源禀赋升级、促进产业结构优化、提升国际贸易优势等方面的作用,并提出了加快资源循环利用产业发展的对策。
As a essential part of energy-saving and environment protection strategic new rising industry,resource recycling industry is significant in promoting resource efficiency,waste reduction and pollution emission reduction.The development path of resource recycling industry was introduced and its functions in resource update,industrial structure optimization,international trade advantage gaining were analyzed.some suggestions to promote resource recycling industry development were also put forward.
