摘要
当前,我国水利水电工程建设面临严峻的生态环境挑战,项目实施容易影响生态系统安全和生物多样性。因此,本文重点分析了水利水电工程建设对生态环境的影响。新建项目要进行合理规划和优化设计,开展生态环境效应评价,从源头上消除或降低负面影响,既满足社会需求又保护生态环境。同时,人们要完善已建工程的生态环境保护措施,以降低水利水电工程对生态环境的影响,进而促进水利水电工程的生态化建设。
At present, the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects in China is facing severe ecological and environmental challenges. The implementation of the project is likely to affect ecosystem security and biodiversity.Therefore, this paperfocused on analyzing the impact of water conservancy and hydropower project construction on the ecological environment.New projects should be rationally planned and optimized, and the evaluation of ecological and environmental effects should be carried out to eliminate or reduce negative impacts from the source to meet social needs and protect the ecological environment.At the same time, people must improve the ecological environmental protection measures of existing projects to reduce the impact of water conservancy and hydropower projects on the ecological environment, and then promote the ecological construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
