摘要
上海通信图书馆对读者服务工作十分重视,这与该馆"亲爱""纯洁""团结""互助""光明"的办馆理念紧密相关。以办馆理念为基石,上海通信图书馆想方设法做好读者服务工作,比如使公众参与到馆务建设之中;积极与读者开展多途径的沟通;公布读者的意见与建议等。这些实务工作都有效维持和提升了上海通信图书馆的读者服务质量。该馆的读者服务工作至今仍有借鉴作用。
Being connected closely with the library concept of"friendship,purity,solidarity,cooperation and promising future",Shanghai Tongxin Library placed great emphasis on reader service and tried to serve readers well.The library encouraged the public to participate in library operations,communicated positively with readers in various methods and made reader’s complaints and suggestions public.With the joint efforts of librarians and readers,the quality of reader service was guaranteed and improved.The reader service of Shanghai Tongxin Library can still provide references for the libraries nowadays.
