摘要
从猫眼草外用治疗多种疾病、猫眼草内服可治疗呼吸系统疾病和肿瘤、猫眼草可作为生物杀菌剂应用于农业生产中3方面入手探讨大戟科植物猫眼草民间用药及药理研究,指出猫眼草在临床多外用于治疗皮肤病,如扁平疣、银屑病;内服可治疗恶性肿瘤、慢性气管炎、腮腺炎和免疫类疾病等。民间用药多集中在山东、河南及河北等华北地区,相关临床报道多集中在上世纪50~90年代。近年来,有学者从猫眼草中分离出多种抗肿瘤活性物质,但现阶段对于猫眼草的研究仍停留在对其化学成分初步提取分离纯化及初期的药理研究中,缺乏对药效物质基础与作用机制的系统研究,因此开展对猫眼草的系统研究十分必要。
Folk pharmacy and pharmacology of Maoyancao(Euphorbia lunulata Bge.)were discussed from treating many diseases with Maoyancao for external use,internal administration of Maoyancao in the treatment for respiratory disease and tumor,Maoyancao as biological fungicides applying to agricultural production,it was pointed out that Maoyancao could be used for treating skin disease externally in clinic,including verruca plana and psoriasis;internal administration in the treatment for malignant tumor,chronic trachitis,mumps,immune disease and others.Folk pharmacy was mainly distributed in Shandong,Henan,Hebei and other regions in north China,and the related clinical reports were published in the 1950s to 1990s.Recently,many kinds of anti-tumor active ingredients have been separated from Maoyancao,but nowadays the studies on Maoyancao still focus on preliminary extraction,separation and purification of chemical ingredients from Maoyancao and the preliminary pharmacological study,and lack systematic study on drug effect material base and mechanism,therefore it′s necessary to launch systematic study on Maoyancao.
