白腐菌产胞外具有酚氧化酶活性的小分子物质普遍性的研究
摘要
用分子层析的方法,对19株木腐真菌在特定的培养基中生长繁殖后所得的胞外培养液进行了分离及漆酶和PO activity测定。发现,胞外具有酚氧化酶活性的小分子物质在所有产漆酶的白腐菌中具有普遍性,推测这种小分子物质在木质素生物降解过程中发挥着一定的作用。
