摘要 用超滤及分子筛层析的方法对白腐菌LG - 9胞外培养液中物质进行了分离及性质测定 ,发现LG - 9在生长过程中产生的分子质量小于 50 0 0u(道尔顿 )的物质能够络合铁离子 。 The low molecular extracellular substances produced by a white - rot fungus LG-9 were isolated by ultrafiltration and gel-filtration These low molecular weight compounds(less than or equal to 5000u)had the activity to ch elate Fe(Ⅲ),and they might be involved in the system of hydroxyl radical produ ction and play an important role during delignification by white-rot fungus
