摘要
目的观察参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗晚期胃癌的效果及其对患者免疫功能、生存质量的影响。方法选取2013年2月~2019年3月我院收治的140例晚期胃癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各70例,对照组仅接受化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用参芪扶正注射液,比较两组免疫指标水平、生存质量、近期疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月,观察组QOL量表中躯体、认知、情绪、社会及自觉功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为45.71%,对照组为44.29%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组周围神经毒性、胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制发生率分别为7.14%、15.71%、18.57%,分别低于对照组的18.57%、37.14%、37.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗晚期胃癌并不能提高近期疗效,但其有助于改善患者免疫功能,减少化疗反应,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on adjuvant treatment of advanced gastric cancer and its effect on patients'immune function and quality of life.Methods A total of 140 patients with advanced gastric cancer who were admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 70 cases.The control group only received chemotherapy,and the observation group was based on the control group.Shenqi Fuzheng injection was used in combination to compare the levels of immune indicators,quality of life,short-term efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after treatment,the physical,cognitive,emotional,social,and conscious function scores in the observation group's QOL scale All were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was 45.71%,and the control group was 44.29%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);peripheral nerves in the observation group The incidences of toxicity,gastrointestinal reaction,and bone marrow suppression were 7.14%,15.71%,and 18.57%,respectively,which were lower than the 18.57%,37.14%,and 37.14%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection can not improve the short-term efficacy of adjuvant treatment of advanced gastric cancer,but it can improve the immune function of patients,reduce the response to chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients.
