摘要
抗菌肽LL-37是一种具有双亲性a螺旋结构抗菌活性的天然免疫效应肽,由多种细胞分泌,包括单核细胞、巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、肥大细胞、角蛋白细胞和上皮细胞,通过直接杀死细菌或增强天然免疫参与调节体内炎症的发生和发展,或通过免疫细胞间接调节机体的防御功能在机体的抗炎、防御功能中发挥重要作用。本文就抗菌肽LL-37的结构、生物学活性及其作用进行总结。
Antibacterial peptide LL-37 is a natural immune effector peptide with amphiphilic a-helix structure antibacterial activity,secreted by a variety of cells,including monocytes,macrophages,neutrophils,mast cells,keratin cells And epithelial cells,by directly killing bacteria or enhancing natural immunity,participate in regulating the occurrence and development of inflammation in the body,or indirectly regulating the body's defense function through immune cells,and play an important role in the body's anti-inflammatory and defense functions.This article summarizes the structure,biological activity and function of antibacterial peptide LL-37.
