摘要
实施职业年金制度是对基本养老保险制度的有效补充,对调动公立医院医务人员的工作积极性具有重要作用。但由于医疗卫生行业的特殊性,使得公立医院在实施职业年金制度的过程中存在认识不足、制度不同和基金管理难度大等多方面的问题,严重影响了公立医院职业年金制度的实施。该文分析公立医院实施职业年金制度存在的问题,并探讨了完善公立医院职业年金制度的对策。
The implementation of the occupational pension system is an effective supplement to the basic endowment insurance system and plays an important role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of medical staff in public hospitals.However,due to the particularity of the medical and health industry,public hospitals have many problems in the process of implementing the occupational pension system,such as insufficient understanding,different systems and fund management,which seriously affect the implementation of the occupational pension system of public hospitals.This article will analyze the problems existing in the implementation of occupational pension system in public hospitals and discuss the countermeasures to improve the occupational pension system in public hospitals.
