摘要 现有种类化学农药毒性大、危险性高、残留难以清除,会产生巨大污染,难以满足饮食安全和环境保护方面的需求。农业害虫对杀虫剂抗性的持续增加,导致农药的作用效果减弱,严重威胁着农业的可持续发展。因此,研制开发高效低毒、环境友好型的绿色农药防治害虫是具有长远意义的重要研究任务。本文主要论述了海藻糖酶在昆虫生长发育过程中起到的作用,介绍了抑制海藻糖酶活性表达的研究进展,为防治技术提供理论基础。 The existing chemical pesticides have the advantages of large toxicity, high risk and difficult to be removed, which can cause great pollution, and it is difficult to meet the needs of the food safety and environmental protection which is more prominent with the improvement of people’s living standard. The sustained increase of the resistance of the agricultural pests to the pesticide and the reduction of the effect of the pesticide seriously threaten the sustainable development of the agriculture. Therefore, the development of high-efficiency, low-toxicity and environment-friendly green pesticide is an important research task in the long-term significance of the pest control. In this paper, the role of trehalose in the growth and development of insect is discussed, and the activity of the trehalase is inhibited as a new pest control technology theoretical principle.
