摘要
目的:分析老年综合评估(Comprehensive geriatric assessment,CGA)护理模式在急诊慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2017年1月-2018年1月急诊收治的90例COPD患者开展研究,分析其临床资料,通过不同的护理模式将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例。对照组用急诊常规护理模式,观察组用老年CGA护理模式。对比两组患者的营养指标、抑郁及焦虑心理评分、生活质量。结果:观察组的营养指标、生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=16.762,10.026;P=0.000);观察组的抑郁焦虑心理评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=23.465,17.421;P=0.000)。结论:CGA护理模式应用于COPD患者中,不仅可以改变机体营养状态、提高其生活质量,还可以缓解抑郁及焦虑心理,临床应用价值较高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of elderly comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)nursing model in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 90 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected to conduct clinical research.They were divided into control group and observation group according the different nursing modes,45 cases in each group.The control group was given the emergency routine care model,the observation group was given the CGA care model.The nutritional indicators,depression and anxiety scores,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The nutritional index and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=16.762,10.026;P=0.000).The score of depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=23.465,17.421;P=0.000).Conclusion:The comprehensive evaluation of the elderly CGA nursing model can be used in emergency patients with COPD,which can not only change the nutritional status of the body,improve their quality of life,but also relieve depression and anxiety,it has a high clinical value.
