摘要
目的:比较胃肠道肿瘤切除治疗患者开展术后全肠外营养与胃肠道早期营养的疗效。方法:将2016年4月-2018年4月本院收治的胃肠道肿瘤切除术治疗患者84例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。观察组给予胃肠道早期营养,对照组给予术后全肠外营养支持,观察两组恢复速度、机体营养及免疫功能改善情况。结果:观察组术后通气时间、发热消失时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后体重、白蛋白及前白蛋白水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后7 d淋巴细胞总数、T淋巴细胞亚群比例恢复均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在胃肠道肿瘤切除治疗患者中实施胃肠道早期营养支持对加快术后恢复有明显效果,尤其可调节机体营养状态和免疫指标,利于机体功能恢复,值得推广应用。
Objective: To compare the curative effects of postoperative total parenteral nutrition and early gastrointestinal nutrition for patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor resection. Method: A total of 84 cases of gastrointestinal tumor resection patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were taken as research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table, 42 cases in each group. The observation group received early gastrointestinal nutrition and the control group received postoperative total parenteral nutrition support. The recovery speed, body nutrition and immune function improvement of two groups were observed. Result: The postoperative ventilation time, fever disappearance time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). After operation, the body mass, albumin and prealbumin levels in the observation group were significantly improved and significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total number of lymphocytes and the proportion of T lymphocyte subsets in the observation group recovered significantly 7 d after operation, and were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Early gastrointestinal nutritional support of tract in resection of gastrointestinal tumor has obvious effect on accelerating postoperative speed, especially in adjusting nutritional status and immune indexes of the body, which is conducive to recovery of body function and early discharge, and is worthy of popularization and application.
