Objective:To observe the effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy on urination and sexual function in patients with endometrial cancer after operation.Method:A retrospective analysis was made of 133 patients with endometrial cancer who treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.According to their surgical methods,87 patients underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy were divided into laparoscopic group and 46 patients underwent conventional laparotomy were divided into routine group. The bladder function, urination function and sexual function between two groups were compared.Result:The free urinary flow rate, bladder pressure during filling period and synchronous pressure flow rate during voiding period in laparoscopic group were significantly higher than those in control group, the first self-voiding time, residual urine volume and complete recovery time of voiding in laparoscopic group were significantly less than those in routine group, while the first voiding volume in laparoscopic group was significantly more than that in routine group, the scores of sexual function of patients were significantly higher than those of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with traditional open surgery, laparoscopic hysterectomy can significantly reduce the impact on bladder function, urination function and sexual function of patients with endometrial cancer, and minimize the impact on patients’function.
