摘要
目的探讨血塞通注射联合中医针灸治疗中风恢复期的临床效果。方法本次研究对象选取我院2018年5月—2019年5月收治的中风患者60例,均处于恢复期,数字随机法均分为两组,对照组(n=30)采取中医针灸治疗,观察组(n=30)基于对照组加血塞通注射,比较两组临床疗效及神经功能恢复情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组70.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,MMSE、Fugl-Meyer活动及平衡评分均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通联合中医针灸治疗中风恢复期临床效果较好,可有效改善患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuesaitong injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of convalescent stroke.Methods Sixty stroke patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by digital random method.The control group(n=30)was treated with Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion,while the observation group(n=30)was treated with Xuesaitong injection based on the control group.The clinical efficacy and neurological function recovery of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.0%,P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the activity and balance scores of MMSE,Fugl-Meyer were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion has a good clinical effect in the recovery stage of apoplexy,can effectively improve patients'quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
