摘要
目的研究中风恢复期患者采用针灸结合康复训练治疗的效果.方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月国家电网公司职业病防治院收治的68例中风恢复期患者开展研究.依据抛硬币法随机选出34例只采用针灸治疗(A组),另外34例采用针灸结合康复训练治疗(B组),对两组患者治疗成效、肢体功能、平衡能力及日常生活活动能力进行评估.结果治疗后,B组患者治疗总有效率97.06%,明显高于A组的82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,B组的关节活动度、FMA、BBS及ADL评分均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针灸联合康复训练在中风恢复期患者治疗中的合理应用,可显著提升疗效,促使患者关节活动度及肢体功能恢复,改善其平衡能力及日常生活活动能力,建议基层医疗单位临床推广使用.
Objective To study the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for stroke patients in recovery period.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,68 stroke recovery patients admmitted to College of Occupational Disease Control were included in the study.According to the coin tossing method,34 patients were randomly selected for acupuncture only(Group A),and the other 34 patients were treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training(Group B).The therapeutic effect,limb function,balance ability and activities of daily life of the two groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in Group B was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than 82.35%in Group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the joint mobility,FMA,BBS and ADL scores of Group B were better than those of Group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reasonable application of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke patients in the recovery period can significantly improve the curative effect,promote the recovery of joint activity and limb function,help to improve their balance ability and activity of daily life.It is recommended that primary medical units be used clinically.
