摘要
先进制造业与现代服务业融合发展是当前全球经济发展的重要趋势之一,也是产业结构升级和产业创新的重要推动力。随着两业融合范围不断扩大、程度不断加深,在市场准入、信息共享、行业标准和监管及政策设计等方面也暴露出一些不容忽视的问题。为加快推进两业的深度融合,本文在分析比较制造业与服务业政策差异的基础上,探讨了两业融合发展所面临的体制机制障碍,并提出了搭建两业融合发展平台、优化相关制度环境等政策建议。
The integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industry is one of the important trends in the current global economic development,and also an important driving force for industrial structure upgrading and industrial innovation.As the scope of integration of the two industries continues to expand and the degree is deepening,some issues that cannot be ignored are also exposed in terms of market access,information sharing,industry standards,and regulatory and policy design.In order to accelerate the deep integration of the two industries,this paper analyzes and compares the differences between manufacturing and service industry policies,discusses the institutional obstacles faced by the integration of the two industries,and proposes a few recommend suggestions for building a two-industry integration development platform and optimizing relevant institutional environment.
