摘要
我国已进入全面建成小康社会决胜阶段,人民的健康需求与日俱增,但我国人口老龄化日趋严重,养老问题成为当前社会关注的重要问题之一。2018年,我国60岁以上老年人口占总人口的比重达到17.9%,老龄化程度上升态势较为迅速,对养老服务产业需求不断扩大,对养老服务的质量要求也不断提高。日本等发达国家早于我国数十年进入了老龄化社会,其养老服务产业也已经历了较为长期的发展,并形成了较为完善的养老服务产业体系。本文介绍了日本、新加坡、英国和德国等发达国家养老服务产业的发展经验,为构建适应我国发展需求的养老服务产业体系提高了参考。
China has entered the stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The health needs of the people are increasing every day.However,China’s population is becoming more aging.The old-age care becomes one of the most important issues of current social concern.In2018,the proportion of the elderly population over 60 years old in China reached17.9%,and the degree of aging was on the rise.The demand for the elderly care service industry is constantly expanding,and the quality requirements for the elderly care service industry are also constantly improving.Developed countries such as Japan entered the aging society for decades before China,and their elderly care service industry has also experienced relatively long-term development and formed a relatively complete the elderly care service industry system.This paper introduces the development experience of the elderly care service industry in developed countries such as Japan,Singapore,the United Kingdom and Germany,and provides a reference for constructing the elderly care service industry system that meets the development needs of China.
