摘要
养老问题随着老龄化问题的日益凸显,已成为社会和公众亟待重视的问题,鉴于中国的国情和传统文化的影响,养老产业建设受限于各种因素,其中比较凸显的问题就是专业养老护理人才的严重缺乏。文章分析了国内制约养老护理人才缺乏的现状和原因,同时指出高职院校在培养养老护理人才方面具备了各项优势,学习国内外先进理论和经验,开展"两轮驱动"式的养老护理教育与培训,对高职院校的人才培养与培训提出建设性意见与对策。
With the aging problem becoming more and more prominent,the old-age pension problem has become an urgent problem for the society and the public to pay attention to.In view of the influence of China’s national conditions and traditional culture,the construction of the old-age pension industry is limited by various factors.At the same time,it points out that higher vocational colleges have various advantages in training old-age nursing talents,learn advanced theories and experiences at home and abroad,carry out"two-wheel drive"type of old-age nursing education and training,and put forward constructive suggestions and countermeasures for the training of talents in higher vocational colleges.
