摘要
“互联网+”时代背景下,将微课教学模式应用于高职食品安全类课程是可行的,在微课教学模式实施过程中,需要根据课程特点,明确微课制作目标,采用合适的微课制作方法,开展有效的微课教学模式,提高教学质量。
Under the background of"Internet+",it is feasible to apply the micro-course teaching mode to the vocational food safety course.During the implementation of the micro-course teaching mode,it is necessary to clarify the micro-course production goals according to the characteristics of the course and adopt the appropriate micro-course production method,develop effective micro-course teaching mode to improve teaching quality.
