摘要
目的研究在常规的治疗基础上加入血必净注射液后对于重症肺炎的治疗效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年1月本院收治的重症肺炎患者40例,将其随机分为观察组(n=20)和对照组(n=20),两组将同时接受常规的治疗,并在此基础上观察组加用血必净注射液50 mL与0.9%的氯化钠注射液100 mL静滴,每日2次,对照组只加用0.9%等量的生理盐水静滴,两组疗程均为1周。结果治疗7 d后,观察组患者急性生理与慢性健康评分(Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation,APACHEⅡ)(15.14±1.79)分、肺炎严重程度评分(Pneumonia severity index,PSI)(78.48±3.52)分;对照组患者APACHEⅡ评分(17.81±1.74)分、PSI评分(96.47±2.89)分,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液可明显改善凝血指标,改善病情,降低重症肺炎患者的炎症反应。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Xuebijing injection on severe pneumonia on the basis of routine treatment.Methods Forty patients with severe pneumonia admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=20)and control group(n=20).Both groups would receive routine treatment at the same time.On this basis,the observation group was given intravenous drip of 50 mL Xuebijing injection and 100 mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection twice a day,while the control group was only given 0.9%.The same amount of saline was given intravenously for one week in both groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHE Ⅱ)was(15.14±1.79)point,and pneumonia severity index(PSI)was(78.48±3.52)point in the observation group,and the APACHE Ⅱ was(17.81±1.74)point,and PSI was(96.47±2.89)point in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection can significantly improve coagulation index,improve the condition and reduce inflammatory reaction in patients with severe pneumonia,but there is no significant difference in ICU time,treatment cost and 28-day mortality between the two groups.
