摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)已成为国际公共卫生紧急事件,目前尚无批准用于治疗该疾病的药物或疫苗。鉴于COVID-19暴发的紧迫性,快速建立针对COVID-19的有效干预措施至关重要,国内、外学者正对现有的已获批准或正在开发的抗病毒药物进行筛选,部分药物已被报道或对COVID-19有效,并应用于临床,给临床医生带来更多治疗方案的选择。
The novel coronavirus pneumonia(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)has become an international public health emergency.There is no specific drug or vaccine approved for the treatment of the disease.In view of the urgency of the outbreak of COVID-19,it is very important to quickly establish effective intervention measures for COVID-19.Scholars at home and abroad are screening the existing approved or under development antiviral drugs.Some drugs have been gradually reported to be effective or applied to the clinical for COVID-19,and brought more treatment options for clinicians.
